Digital Rivers is an online marketplace that sells premium digital products including eBooks, design templates, online courses, software tools, and AI resources. All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical shipments.

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed through third-party providers including Paystack, Gumroad, and Selar. By making a purchase, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

All sales are final. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to your digital product through your account dashboard under "Downloads". You will also receive an email confirmation with download instructions.

• Downloads are available immediately after purchase confirmation
• Your downloads are stored in your account permanently
• You may re-download your products at any time from your dashboard

If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, contact us at within 7 days.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• The product was significantly different from its description
• The product file was corrupted or inaccessible and we were unable to resolve it
• You were charged multiple times for the same order

To request a refund, contact us at within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

All digital products sold on Digital Rivers are protected by copyright law. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or commercial purposes (as specified per product).

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share any product with others
• Upload products to file-sharing platforms or torrent sites
• Claim authorship or ownership of any product
• Use products to train AI models or for machine learning purposes
• Remove any copyright notices or watermarks from products

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

When using Digital Rivers, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or other users' accounts
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our site without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Digital Rivers provides its services and products "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
